Q.  Do I have to keep my website with your web hosting company after it is completed, or can I move it to another hosting company?

A.  The website we design for you is yours to do with whatever you want. You may keep it with our hosting company, or move it wherever you choose. There are no obligations.

Q.  Do I need to buy a domain name and set up a hosting account?

A.   If you have not purchased a domain name already, we can assist you in this process. You will need a domain name for a website. As for hosting, if you do not have a hosting account we will assist you in setting one up.

Q.  How long does it take for a website project to be completed?

A.   The time of a website project is generally dictated by the client. If you have a deadline in mind we will strive to meet it for you. We have always found the most common delay in the designing a website is waiting for content (text and images) to be sent to us by the client.

Q.  How much does a website cost?

A.   The cost of a website depends greatly on the size of the website, the programs or software being used on the website and the cost of any stock images used on a website. Q.  I would like for you to design my website. what do I do next?

A.  First to get the process moving forward, complete our Quote Request Form and we will contact you with your estimate and get the process started.

Q.  Once my website is completed, what services do you offer after it is completed?

A.  We offer the following services after the completion;

• Website Maintenance - We offer monthly content changes, picture updates and product changes in E Commerce packages.  Maintenance can be purchased at an hourly rate with a 15 minute minimum or you may purchase a Maintenance Contract at a reduced hourly rate with no minimum.
  
• Search Optimization - We offer affordable search optimization for your website to help you get better organic results in major search engines.

Q.  What type of web hosting will I require to host my website?

A.  The type of hosting you will need is up to the programs or software used in your website, the size of your website, and the bandwidth or traffic you anticipate your website receiving. We offer very affordable prices on all types of web hosting packages including " Dedicated Servers,  Linux Platform, Shared Servers, Secured Servers" to name a few. Q.  Will my website be search engine friendly when your design firm builds it?

A.  Yes, we build all of our websites with search engines in mind. We do an initial optimization and submit your website to several search engines.

Remember the initial optimization will help get your website noticed and indexed on the search engines, but it will not keep you there. We do offer affordable Advanced Search Optimization to help keep you in the higher organic results and make sure your website is found.

Q.  Will we have to meet to have you design or build my website?

A.  No, in the majority of cases a meeting isn't necessary and most of our websites are generally completed with contact through email and telephone only. All aspects of the design process and content submission is approved through email. If you do require a meeting in person, it can be arranged.
